Pickup & Delivery

Sweet Roots Bakehouse offers free local pickup and $12 local delivery on eligible orders.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Sherwood Park at no additional charge.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing unless a specific pickup date is listed on the product.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive pickup details and instructions.

For seasonal pre-orders and holiday items, please select from the available pickup dates listed when ordering.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for $12 per order within our delivery area.

At checkout, enter your address to see whether local delivery is available to you. The delivery fee is charged once per order, even when ordering multiple products.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the time your order is placed. This includes our standard 1–2 business day processing time and courier delivery.

Once your order is ready, it is booked with a local courier. Delivery may take place anytime within the courier’s delivery window, so exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

What Can Be Delivered?

Delivery is available for most regular bakery items, including cookies, cupcakes, loaves, brownies, dessert bars, snack cakes, treat boxes and seasonal pre-orders.

Custom Cakes

Custom cakes are pickup only.

Because custom and specialty cakes are delicate and require careful handling during transportation, courier delivery is not available for custom cakes, tiered cakes or other highly decorated cakes.
